This project was conceived by the CEO in 2006 when there was no concept of modern living in and around Attock. The land was purchased keeping in view its central location to Kamra Cantonment and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) and Attock City. The land for the project was purchased over a long period of time.
